Cameron Mackintosh Script Library
The Cameron Mackintosh Script Library currently contains more than 1500 items, principally playscripts kindly donated by publishers, theatres and theatre companies including the National Theatre and the RSC. It also incorporates the Denis Reid collection, a generous private donation.
The Script Library is currently housed in a teaching room in the English Faculty, and is open every weekday between 2 and 4pm. Any member of the University can use the library (you do not have to register).
To access the library, please take your University card to the Issue Desk in the English Faculty Library where you can deposit it in exchange for the key to room 15, where the Script Library is housed. If you need directions to Room 15 a map is available here, or you can ask one of the librarians. Items can be loaned from the library by taking them to the EFL issue desk and signing them out.
Unfortunately the collection is not currently listed on OLIS but the catalogue is available below. It is searchable by title and author surname, and further information will be added in due course. Please note that items listed below may be out on loan.
